How do I personalize my shirt?

Enter the player name and number in the personalization box on the product page. You can also add the team name, team colors, relationship wording, graduation year and special notes when applicable.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

How should I choose a size?

Use the size guide on the product page and compare it with a shirt you already own. Personalized items cannot be returned for an incorrect size selection unless the item itself is defective or incorrect.

Will the colors look exactly like my screen?

Screen settings and production methods can cause small color or placement variations. These normal variations are not defects.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order. The best available production and delivery estimate appears at checkout. Peak season, weather and carrier delays may affect timing.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.
