Return & Refund Policy
Personalized and made-to-order items
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-approved spelling, number, color or design details.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nextlevelacademy.ca. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-personalized items
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition. Contact us before sending anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
Do not send returns to the registered office unless we provide written return instructions.
