By using nlwears.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies.

Store use

You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information.

Products and personalization

Review all names, numbers, sizes, colors and notes before ordering. We produce personalized items from the information submitted with the order. Small differences in screen color, print placement and production are normal. We may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.

Orders, pricing and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing. We may cancel or limit an order for suspected fraud, inventory, production, pricing or information errors and will refund amounts paid for cancelled items. Prices, taxes, promotions and availability may change without notice.

Customer-provided content

You confirm that you have the right and permission to submit names, logos, images and other content for personalization. You grant us and our production partners the limited permission needed to produce and fulfill your order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Production and delivery dates are estimates. Eligibility for changes, cancellations, returns and refunds is governed by our posted Shipping and Return & Refund Policies and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The NL WEARS name, site content, graphics and original designs may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
